Our kitchen and all of our meals are 100% free from gluten & dairy and always will be.  Additionally we are 100% industrial seed oil free. We can also help you avoid other potentially harmful ingredients like excess sugar, eggs, legumes, FODMAPs and GMO’s like corn & soy.

Great meals start with the best ingredients. From crisp, organic, local kale to aged grass-fed New Zealand beef, we use ingredients that are raised in a field and never grown in a lab.
